Superior Scientific, Inc.’s Biomedical Technicians are fully trained and supervised by Walter Tang, who holds a Masters Degree in Biomedical Engineering and has earned many National Certifications.
Because of our size and the fact that the owners are “Hands On” individuals, we can offer significant savings to our customers without comprising their high standards for Biomedical Service.
Some of Superior Scientific’s Service Program’s features are:
1} Two year contract with NO increases.
2} NO mileage or travel charges for preventive maintenance services.
3} J.C.A.H.O. and State of California approved computerized service and calibration documentation system.
4} Monthly detailed Quality Improvement Reports for all services performed.
5} Our service technicians respond immediately for repair call by telephone to assess your needs.
6} Replacement parts at our cost plus 10%.
7} Free loaner instruments are provided when they are available.
8} Turn around time on instruments removed from your facility for normal repairs is approximately 5 working days.

We warranty our repair work for 90 days. If an issue arises after the 90-day warranty expires, please contact us.
